Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns for final sale items. Rest assured, we do not charge any restocking fees.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@baluwa.com. Kindly provide your order number and the reason for the return. In order to expedite the process, we kindly request you to attach a video showing the defect or issue with the product.

Once your return is authorized, please securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, so please use a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the item.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@baluwa.com. Kindly provide us with the details and photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.
